SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Mister Smokes understands the vital importance of providing our shoppers with efficient and dependable shipping. We strive to safely and securely ship your order within an appropriate time. Typically orders ship within two businesses day (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be advised; times during sales promotions can delay order processing. 

 

PACKAGING INFORMATION

 

Every order is sent in plain brown packaging or USPS Priority Mail Boxes without graphics or texts except for shipping labels. Shipping label contains your delivery address and barcode representing your order number. USPS, UPS & FedEx requires Mister Smokes to provide a return address label on your parcel. Please be advised Mister Smokes will show as the return shipping address.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

 

Mister Smokes reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Signature requirements are not disputable after the package has shipped.

 

We strongly recommend that customers track there package frequently and that someone at the age of 21 or above receives the package when it arrives.

 

Butane is unable to ship in via USPS. Therefore, all packages containing butane gas will be shipped via UPS ground, regardless of the selected shipping method.

 

Arrival dates or times are not guaranteed. Please be advised Mister Smokes does not provide refunds or credit shipping charges for any shipments. Additionally, visible shipping times are estimates. Selecting a guarantee shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 3 Day Select guarantees time after the label prints and the carrier has picked up your package. Shipping insurance is an available option at checkout.

 

USPS Priority Express Mail orders apply before 10:30 am PDT to ship on the same day. USPS Priority Express Mail orders does not guarantee the order will arrive overnight. Please be advised; determination of your guarantee arrival time is after a USPS carrier picks up your order.

 

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend or on holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the carriers system after receiving your tracking number via email.

 

Mister Smokes is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after shipping. Please contact your selected carrier at the time of checkout for any issues. Please notify Mister Smokes if your order arrives with broken or missing contents within 48 hours, with exception to packages applicable to insurance.

 

Please be advised; Free Shipping applies only to domestic orders. Free shipping applies only to orders greater than or equal to 100 USD (one-hundred dollars), and after applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping costs.
