Returns and Exchanges

30 days from the time of purchase to return your order

Must have the original invoice

All product return shipments must include all original packaging materials, boxes, and containers.

All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The fee can be waived for the following reasons.

-Damaged by carrier
-Product is defective
-Product received was incorrect

No returns on clearance items & nicotine products

 

Note: Any return that doesn't apply for any of the reasons above will automatically have the restocking fee applied. If waived products do not meet the standards above, it will also automatically have the restocking fee applied. Any items that have been used and are not in the new original condition may not be returned.

 

Refunds will be issued 48-72 hours after returned products have been received by MisterSmokes. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your bank to process your refund. Time may vary between banks please check with your card issuing bank. Cancelled orders will start the refund process within 24 hours of customers request.
